Silent meditation anchors us in the vital movement and the dance originates in the still center.
There is a cosmic dance around us but also within us. By meditating and dancing, we will experience two complementary practices. Through them, duality becomes unity and both open us to presence.
In the magnificent setting of the Maison du Chemin des Roches, this course is residential and open to all levels.

to the Community of Nogarêve, municipality of Roqueredonde
We will experience the sacred circle dance which is the mandala dance. We dance in a circle around the center. The void between me and the center is filled if I place my attention and my presence there.
We will also dance together an evening of world dance entertainment!

Come and discover this place in the heart of nature, on the emblematic domain of the Arche community, which now houses the young community of Nogarêve, above Lodève.
